INSI Company has completed construction of a warehouse and an office space for Toyota Caucasus LLC in Avchala settlement (#31b Andronikashvili Street), Tbilisi. The project included construction of the building’s reinforced concrete and steel frame, roof and facades, industrial concrete floors, power supply, low current, lighting, video surveillance and access control systems. Modern, European standards-compliant piping for HVAC system and fire pump station, as well as sprinkler system has been installed.
Also, fencing and landscaping of the warehouse area has been conducted, which includes the restoration of existing utilities, installation of new utility systems, construction of asphalt concrete, reinforced concrete pavement and sidewalks. Landscaping works have been carried out.
The company has completed construction of load-bearing walls of the building, auxiliary facilities, water supply, sewerage and drainage networks. Facades of the building have been finished with aluminum composite panels.
